After they released their identically named album their song rose in the charts as a result. It was number two for three weeks and therefore was one of the most successful country songs of the year. The album was number one for four weeks in the US album charts and for month number one album of country music. As a result of the stunning success of Need You Now they also published this song in Europe. The single as well as the album were in the charts of European countries. 2011 has been the most successful year for the band so far. They won five Grammy Awards and therefore are one of the most successful bands in music history. At the end of 2011 they released their third album which is called Own The Night and was the reason to start a world tour to present this band live to a broad public.
