Press Release Submission Guidelines
- Website links must be EMBEDDED properly. The use of https:// URL strings are NOT permitted.
- NO CAPS in Title and Main Content. This rule is standard within journalism and publishing.
- Press release should be current newsworthy information in an informative to the reader in a journalistic manner. Be sure to adjust your release so that it reads like a press release and does not read like an ad. Submitting outdated or old news will be rejected.
- Press release must not consist of grammatical or spelling errors. Please proofread, use spell check program and be sure it is written in well-formed English grammar and structure.
- Press release is required to be clearly relevant and newsworthy, specifically about the artist, record label, company and/or product. Adjust text so it clearly explains how it is specifically relevant.
- Title of your press release should mention your subject and be clearly descriptive and newsworthy about your subject. The media industry never uses long titles, so it is not allowed.
- SUBMISSIONS WHICH DO NOT FOLLOW THESE FUNDAMENTAL RULES WILL BE REJECTED.
