For the fifth consecutive year, WGTS (91.9)/Washington, DC has been named a Best Christian Workplace by the Best Christian Workplaces Institute (BCWI). The certification comes from a BCWI workplace survey given to WGTS staff members who took the BCWI. The survey covers three core areas: character, competence and chemistry. Organizations with a 4.0 or higher on the survey are certified as Best Christian Workplaces. WGTS did its first workplace survey in 2020.

“What an honor to not only be certified for the 5th year in a row, but to be flourishing,” said WGTS Chief Administrative Officer Kelly Carvalho. “Surveying our employees helps keep our integrity, service, and excellence priorities in check. If we have a thriving culture, it translates outward in our ministry.”
