Key Networks Brings ”Tony Katz Today” to Syndication
Key Networks adds conservative political talk radio show “Tony Katz Today” to its syndicated radio lineup. The Indianapolis-based radio show will be available to News/Talk stations through Key Networks starting April 22. “Tony Katz Today” is available as a weekday three-hour show in middays and as a three-hour weekend show airing on Saturday or Sunday. Originating from flagship News/Talk WIBC-FM in Indianapolis, the program airs live weekdays from 12-3pm.
Using pop culture and comedy, Katz entertainingly works his way through hard news and current events, making the complex easier to understand and exposing political and media hypocrisy along the way. Katz has provided analysis to FOX News, Newsmax, NewsNation, CNBC and radio outlets across the country. He has consulted with national organizations, helping them with messaging and focus. He’s also a sought-after public speaker and emcee, with an emphasis on new media, culture, capitalism and getting big laughs.
In addition to his radio shows and television appearances, Katz hosts the “Eat! Drink! Smoke!” radio show and podcast, which highlights his foodie love and passion for cigars. He is also the author of “Let’s Go Bourbon! and Let’s Go BBQ!”
Key Networks COO Dennis Green said, “Tony brings a successful track record to the national stage with his common-sense approach to talk radio. When you have worked construction and the restaurant business, and have been a successful entrepreneur, you have a host who can talk the talk with audiences from coast to coast.”
Katz commented, “There is nothing better than when everything perfectly aligns in life. And with syndication, having the full backing of David Wood and WIBC, and Dennis Green of Key Networks guiding the ship, I have that perfect alignment. I’m looking forward to working hard, proving my value to programmers and market managers across the country and providing a show, every day, that is fun and engaging. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go have a cigar.”
