John E Kage Named PD for KUBL-FM in Salt Lake City
John E Kage is appointed Program Director of Country KUBL-FM (93.3 The Bull) in Salt Lake City. He’s originally from Minnesota and started his radio career in the Twin Cities at KDWB-FM. A veteran multi-format programmer, Kage was most recently with Country KWBL-FM and CHR KDHT-FM in Denver. He also programmed Country KYGO-FM in Denver in 2019, was a Marconi finalist at CHR WPOI-FM in Tampa and at KQKS (KS1075) in Denver, winning the Marconi Award for Station of the Year in 2014.
Kage is also a social media brand ambassador in the adventure community on TikTok and Instagram, with 10 million combined views in 2023, an Insta360 rising talent in 2024, as well as an Amazon and YouTube influencer.
