Rock WEBN-FM/Cincinnati Digital Program Director Rachel Elliot is elevated to Director of Country Programming for the iHeartMedia’s eight stations across Kentucky and West Virginia. She’s also served as an on-air host at WEBN and a national talent for iHeartMedia’s Country and Rock formats. Elliot will report to Region Senior VP/Programming Michael Jordan and Area President Kristy Beebe. Elliot began her career as an intern at co-owned WKSC-FM (Kiss 103.5) in Chicago.

“Rachel’s lifelong passion for country music, unique multi-format perspective, positive energy and creativity make her a perfect fit to continue the success of our country brands across Kentucky and West Virginia,” said Beebe.

Jorden added, “Rachel has a successful track record working with big brands that have dynamic personalities and a winning culture. Her creativity, drive and on-air background, coupled with her passion for content creation and engagement, perfectly positions her to lead these top performing country brands.”

“I’ve been with iHeartMedia my entire radio career, from my very first internship — it’s so special for me to continue my career with the company that’s been with me from the beginning,” commented Elliot. “Growing up on a sheep farm in upstate Ohio, Country music has long been my passion. I appreciate the team for allowing me to continue to learn and grow within a company I love, and trusting me with these iconic brands that I’ve admired for so long.”
