iHeartMedia/San Diego appoints Mary Ayala as Program Director for KOGO-AM (Newsradio 600), KGB-AM (San Diego Sports 760) and KLSD-AM (The Patriot AM 1360), effective immediately. As PD, she’ll responsible for the programming content of each brand and report to iHeartMedia San Diego Senior VP/P Taylor Jukes. Ayala continues in San Diego where she’s been the APD/Executive Producer for over a decade.

“Mary has been a part of our cluster for many years and is more than ready to take the lead role of our Talk stations. She’s smart, experienced and incredibly detailed with her work,” said iHeartMedia Market President Noreen Ippolito.

“This is an exciting time to be taking over the Program Director position for these brands. Each station has its own distinct flavor, and all of them are filled with great talent I’m looking forward to working with,” added Ayala.
