Greg Beharrell Joins Evenings on Baltimore’s 98 Rock

“The Greg Beharrell Show” is now part of the evening lineup on WIYY (98 Rock), the Hearst Television-owned Rock outlet in Baltimore. The program is syndicated by Yea Media Group.

Hearst Baltimore Program Director Rick Strauss welcomed the addition, saying, “Greg has the wisdom of youth and the energy of age.”

Known for his offbeat humor, Beharrell shared his enthusiasm for the move: “I have always adored the Charm City; Inner Harbor is in my top three harbors, next to David and resentment.”

He continued, “I’m inspired by the work to live lifestyle of the apostrophe in Fell’s Point, or Fells Point. I’ve long championed Baltimore’s decision to name a football team after poetry (that said, I would have preferred the Baltimore Hideous Hearts), and I adore that the Domino Sugars sign is showcasing the bright side of simple carbohydrates.”
