Milwaukee radio listeners are set for a lively wake-up call this summer, as WJMR (Jammin’ 98.3) announces the return of syndicated DeDe in the Morning to its weekday lineup beginning July 7. Hosted by DeDe McGuire, the show will replace The Steve Harvey Morning Show in the morning slot from 5-10am CT.

“We’re thrilled to welcome DeDe back to the Jammin’ 98.3 family,” said Don Black, Program Director at WJMR. “Her energy, humor, and deep connection with Milwaukee makes her a perfect fit for our listeners. This move reflects our commitment to give our listeners what they want. And they want DeDe.”

“I’m beyond excited to be back on the air in Milwaukee,” said McGuire. “Milwaukee has always shown me so much love, and I can’t wait to wake up with the city again and be part of their mornings.”

WJMR says the programming shift is part of a broader strategy to deepen its connection with local listeners by offering content that feels more interactive, authentic, and community-driven.
