CRS 2025 to Kick Off with ”Y’all Means All” Breakfast
Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2025 will open its doors with an empowering event dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within the country music industry. Scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, the “Y’all Means All: Diversity Breakfast” aims to inspire attendees to foster diverse cultures in their organizations and reassure minority groups of their place in the industry.
This year’s breakfast will be led by Tiffany Provenzano, Director at Equal Access/mtheory. The panel includes notable figures such as musical duo The War & Treaty, artist Brooke Eden, Sean Copeland, Program Director of Hank-FM in Indianapolis and Shannon Sanders, Executive Director of Creative at BMI. The discussion will focus on representation, overcoming industry barriers, and cultivating inclusive environments in Country Radio and beyond.
The session is designed to provide participants with the insights and motivation needed to implement substantive changes in their professional spheres.
