Emily Daccarett Releases Electrifying New Single “Dark Fires”

Rising alternative pop artist Emily Daccarett has released her thrilling new single “Dark Fires.” Originally written for a short film titled Until Death Do Us Part, the track is a theme for the main character Uma Rhyne, who is under investigation for the murder of her husband. Reflecting the cyberpunk and dystopian climate of the film, the single exudes a mysterious and dark tone. “Dark Fires” is now available to stream and download worldwide.

Opening with an apocalyptic ambiance shaped by ominous synthesizers, the single clearly establishes the gloomy and sci-fi setting of the film. Influenced by the cult classic science fiction film Blade Runner and cyberpunk aesthetics, Emily Daccarett wrote the single to embody the qualities of an imaginary, highly technological future society. “The song is about Uma’s descent into madness and giving in to the rage that has been boiling inside her,” Daccarett reveals. The track was written by Emily Daccarett, produced and composed by Saun Santipreecha, co-produced by Luc Trahand, and mixed and mastered by Gerhard Westphalen (Ed Sheeran, Chris Martin).

From an early age, Emily Daccarett’s passion for performance and design set her on a path to becoming a multifaceted artist, blending the worlds of music, fashion, and film. After graduating high school, Daccarett attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and then moved to Paris to study fashion design at the Instituto Marangoni and La Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. Drawing inspiration from her years in France where she was heavily influenced by French pop music, she returned to Los Angeles and started her own indie production company. Describing her music as 70s rock and 80s pop with cinematic flair, Emily Daccarett continues to write music with her company and has been working on several short films and music videos.

Venture into a mystifying and spellbinding sci-fi world by listening to Emily Daccarett’s latest single, “Dark Fires.” Stay connected with Emily Daccarett by following her on Instagram @emilydaccarett and TikTok @emilydaccarett or visiting her website EmilyDaccarettMusic.com to keep up with her latest projects!
