iHeartMedia Baton Rouge Debuts the New ”104-1 The Vibe”
iHeartMedia flips Adult Hits KVDU (104.1 The Spot) to the new “104-1 The Vibe,” Baton Rouge’s R&B and back-in-the-day jams, effective October 14. The new format will feature Baton Rouge’s R&B and Back in the Day Jams, including songs from artists like Michael Jackson, Mary J Blige, Jodeci, Anita Baker and Usher. The station’s weekday lineup includes syndicated personality Steve Harvey and the “Steve Harvey Morning Show.”
104-1 The Vibe will also feature R&B icon Keith Sweat, host of the nighttime program “The Sweat Hotel.” Plus, longtime personalities Bionce Foxx and newly named Program Director Miss Monique. The station will debut commercial free for three weeks at launch.
